Rich Rock Resources Inc. (“Rich Rock” or the “Company”) is a Canadian junior exploration company incorporated in the province of British Columbia. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the Company is focused on the acquisition and exploration of both base and precious metals properties. The Company's officers, directors, and advisors combined have over 250 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, in both the public and private sector.

The Company’s main focus is the advancement of its two flagship properties: the Tas Property (copper and gold) and the Eagle Property (gold, silver and copper). In addition, Rich Rock has the Serb Creek Property (molybdenum) and the Redstone Property (copper and gold). The Company’s property holdings (totaling over 17,500 hectares) are located within the Province of British Columbia.
